My career path hasn’t followed a neatly mapped plan, but it has shaped exactly who I am and how I work today.
At 24, I became a mum under challenging circumstances, learning early on that my first son would need ongoing medical care throughout his childhood. Navigating complex systems, advocating for him as a child with SEND and balancing family life, including two younger children, taught me resilience, organisation, and the importance of being present.
These experiences shaped my values and my career. We hear so much about the Motherhood Penalty, but we don’t talk enough about the pride and fulfilment that comes from being present for your children—truly present. Instead of forcing myself into rigid roles, I built a professional life that allowed me to grow, learn and still be there for my boys. Over the years, I’ve upskilled, adapted, rebuilt when needed and ultimately created a business that aligns with what matters most to me: a balance of family and meaningful work.
Today, I support busy professionals by bringing structure, efficiency and calm to their day. From managing admin to improving processes, I help clients reclaim their time so they can focus on what truly matters—whether that’s growing their business, spending time with family or simply reducing overwhelm.
I believe we all deserve a life that reflects our priorities. My role is to help make that possible.
