Modern Slavery Statement

CIARA FERRIER BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SERVICES LTD does not routinely outsource work to other limited companies, self-employed (sole trader) individuals or employ any members of staff. 

We reserve the right to outsource transcription work to other UK-based, limited company or self-employed (sole trader) associate typists in order to fulfil orders in the event of illness, accident or emergency.

Where we may engage the services of an associate typist, we request to see copies of their professional indemnity insurance certificate and ICO registration certificate. Typists must sign an associate contract.

Associate typists are paid at a rate that is comparable among other UK-based transcription providers. Associates reserve the right to accept or decline an offer of work. 

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and are committed to continually reviewing our practices to ensure these do not support slavery and human trafficking. 

If the situation regarding employment of or outsourcing to others should change at any point in the future, our practices and modern slavery statement will be updated to reflect this.
